Jennifer Aniston shares a glimpse into what the last year was like for her.
The 52-year-old actor shared one on Instagram Instagram role on Friday December 31st to REM’s song “It’s The End Of The World As We Know It (And I Feel Fine)”. The video was a reminder of all the big and small moments that happened in 2021 before the new year started.
The entry consisted of a multitude of short video clips and photos taken over the course of their year that documented everything between work projects, their dogs, and their personal fun time. She also once showed her flexibility when she did a yoga-inspired stretch on her leg.
“The little moments between 2021 that didn’t make it into the feed,” she wrote in the caption. “Happy New Year to all of you. Now … to the next.”
In one clip, Aniston was seen reading a script on a white couch in front of a set-up camera while holding up her coffee mug. The next showed a behind-the-scenes clip of her Morning Show co-star Reese Witherspoon waving as she stood on the set, pulling on a long down jacket and comfy slippers.
Almost one after the other, Aniston shared two polar opposites in life. In one clip she was seen casually wearing glasses when she played Jenga.
Next, she was in the middle of a glamorous photoshoot with former Friends co-stars David Schwimmer, Matt LeBlanc, Courteney Cox, Matthew Perry and Lisa Kudrow for the show’s highly anticipated reunion, which premiered on HBO Max last May . What followed was a snapshot of a sneaky photo the cast had taken together, of which Aniston held up two middle fingers in the center of the photo.
Amid the behind-the-scenes moments of Hollywood, she also shared a beautiful shot of the sunset as well as some snaps of two of her three dogs, Clyde and Lord Chesterfield, which she adopted in October 2020.
Towards the end of the video, she shared a selfie with Kathryn Hahn and Jon Stewart on the set of ABC’s “Live Before a Studio Audience”. Aniston portrayed the character Blair in a version of the third season episode “Kids Can Be Cruel” of “The Facts of Life,” while Hahn played Jo and Stewart guest-starred as Carl Price.
2021 was a big year for Aniston in many ways. In addition to the massive âFriendsâ reunion and her role in âLive in front of a studio audienceâ, the second season of the Apple TV + show âThe Morning Showâ came on stage in mid-September.
In addition to her acting career, Aniston also started a new business: her own hair care line LolaVie. The line started in early September and added “Beauty Boss” to their résumé. She introduced the brand to her fans on Instagramto share a series of videos and photos behind the scenes of the startup process.
Aniston ended the year with an honor Hollywood Reporter’s Wives in Entertainment Event in early December where she received the Sherry Lansing Leadership Award, recognizing “pioneers and philanthropists in entertainment and media” The Hollywood Reporter.
âMaybe I haven’t done my best job yet, as an artist or as a person,â Aniston said in her speech at the event. âMaybe I’m just getting started. So I started to accept this idea of ââbeing a ‘late bloomer’ … or just getting started. “
