The morning show The actress says that despite the downside of fame, she found her center through self-care such as therapy and meditation.

“I’m in a really peaceful place. I have a job that I love, I have people in my life who are everything to me, and I have beautiful dogs,” Jennifer said in a recent interview with People.

“For me I meditate every day – and sit quietly, write… and every kind of yoga practice is my meditation. I just believe in a bigger picture, I think. And I believe in humanity, although there is so much to keep us from believing – but I do, ”explained Jennifer.

She continued, “I really got a lot from therapy. Just as a public person, many amazing things come with it. But there are also a lot of difficult things because we are only human and we tend to go around with portholes on our heads. “

As for some of the “tough things,” she says she has faced rumors about her personal life throughout her career – and not even her family is safe from the gossip.

“Sometimes you can’t help family members or people send things: ‘What is this? You will get a baby? Do you want to get married?’ It’s like, ‘Oh my goodness, when and how many years will it be before you ignore this stupidity?’ “Shared Jennifer.

And when things get difficult, she turns to her peaceful places, such as watching the sunset every evening.

“I’m just a very happy and blessed person,” concluded Jennifer.
