Luka Doncic found fame too early in his life, he was already a star in Europe before he made it to the NBA.

One way or another, Doncic will go down in history as one of the greatest basketball players of all time. The Slovenian sensation is set to win all of the game’s awards, most certainly an NBA title.

Because even before he landed successfully on basketball’s biggest stage in the world, 18-year-old Luka knew what he had to do when he got into the NBA.

At the age of 15 he started playing with adult men in what is probably the second best basketball league in the world – the Euro League. While representing a top team, Real Madrid, in Europe, the teenager won several individual awards and even led his team to a league title in 2018.

In the same year that he was close to being drafted into the league, 18-year-old Doncic proved to be the best player in Europe and drew all the attention when he got into the NBA. But he also wanted to win a ring here, buy a couple of Porsches, and meet Jennifer Aniston.

Fan of the popular TV series friends Actress, Luka reportedly wished for a date with the stunning Hollywood actress with many of his other dreams including all the rookie accolades, some Porsche cars, a regular spot on all-star teams and also an NBA ring.

Colleague Nikola Vucevic, a European basketball star who was beginning to become a big name that same year, sent out this hilarious tweet before Lukas draft to lure him to his team at the time, the Orlando Magic.

Before the draft he was thinner than he is now. He was lighter on his feet. His sweater was smoother. He blew past defenders at speed on quick breaks. His sidesteps were faster. He was more bouncy and explosive all around, whether it was bouncing balls in traffic or vicious dunks.

A lot has changed since then, maybe he likes the food in the States a lot more than he did back home. Whatever the case, if he wants everything he wants before he makes it to the league, he needs to regain his fitness, which is declining exponentially more than his idol, LeBron James.
