Megan Thee Stallion plays in the campaign with a group of her friends, including rapper Pardi Fontaine, beauty influencer Queenie, jewelry designer Jae, internet personality Daren and hairstylist Kellon Deryck, all of whom wear shearling looks from the collaboration. The campaign was inspired by New York street style of the 70s and 80s.
“It was so much fun bringing Pardi and my friends together, and we had so much fun on this shoot,” Megan Thee Stallion said in a statement. “All clothes are on fire and it was great how the personality of each person was reflected in every look.”
The collaboration unites the design ethos of both brands in a collection of coats, jackets, handbags and shoes made of lambskin.
Megan Thee Stallion signed as a coach brand ambassador in 2019 and has performed with the brand Fashion Shows and in previous advertising campaigns, also for coaches second collaboration with the Japanese streetwear brand Bape, in July.
The rapper recently teamed up with Nike as well the new “Hot Girl Coach” of the sports giant where she was featured in a video sharing her fitness journey and she participated in workout videos found on the Nike Training Club app.
Megan Thee Stallion also made her first appearance at the Met Gala earlier this month in an old, Hollywood glamor-inspired light pink gown designed by Coach.
